These keys correspond to the sub-menu options situated just below the four top-level domains (company names and colour-blocks) at the top of every page across the site(s). The number of available options in this menu will vary between domains, so the keys moving towards the right and starting with 'D' correspond to the number of titled menu options moving towards the right and away from the home button:

The top section of the left-hand menu, is subject specific and varies across the site, but is always restricted to a maximum of seven options. As a consequence these options have been assigned to the seven keys that make up the bottom row of a QWERTY keyboard:

Miscellaneous

The 'top-of-page' link and the Email link are always located in the same places, although the email address (as used in the left-hand column) is liable to change on every page:
